Colour You Happy

Colour You Happy offer creative art workshops for children and young people across the Greater Manchester area. Run by practising artists and qualified teachers Fay Buchanan and Caroline Barker they provide a stimulating and safe environment promoting creative development for all ages.

We believe that children benefit from quality art tuition led by professionals who have experience in communicating ideas, encouraging self expression and nurturing the imagination.

Our primary aim is for all children who take part in the Colour You Happy experience to have fun and enjoy themselves. We see art as a process, and put as much emphasis on the making as we do on creating finished works of art.

Colour You Happy Holidays
Summer art club for 7 - 11 yrs

Get creative this summer by joining us to paint, make, craft and sculpt!

Tue 21st, Wed 22nd, Thur 23rd August
Complete all three days and achieve your Discover Arts Award!

Children will get the opportunity to stretch their imagination, try out exciting materials and develop new artistic skills in a safe and creative environment.

Each day the group will be working both individually and collaboratively to make large scale art works, as well as making their own master pieces to take home.

The summer club will take place at:
St Clements Church Hall, Chorlton
10.00am - 5.00pm
Cost: £35 for 1 day
£65 for 2 days
£95 for 3 days

Arts Award
We have been successfully delivering Arts Award for five years and are both trained advisors. (You are welcome to join us for one or two days but will need to complete all three to gain your Arts Award.)

Chorlton Arts Festival

Come, and build an indoor garden with us!
Get creative and add to our large garden collage that grows throughout the workshop, decorate party bunting and create your own crafty garden gnome to take home.

Send a photo of your gnome in and around Chorlton enjoying festival activities and you could win a free session at our monthly Saturday Specials!

Deershed Festival where we will be dreaming up and making all things with a woodland animal theme.

just So Festival Find us in the Lazy Days part of the festival. We will be going wild with colour and paint with little ones and their big brothers and sisters. Very messy!
